‘Fortnite’ Timber Tent Location: Where To Dance At The Timber Tent

It’s a bit of an odd assortment of locations this week for the Trick Shot challenges in Fortnite: Battle Royale. A Pipe Man: sure, the pipe man is wise beyond your mortal understanding. And a Hay Man: sure, an appropriate pair to the Pipe Man, strength and presence to contrast with the Pipe Man’s peace and knowledge. And then, right when you thought we might get some sort of third man(there’s a joke in there), we wind up with the Timber Tent instead, which is just sort of one of the other landmarks here in this game. Is the Timber Tent a perfectly fine place to dance? Sure, why not. Does it quite rival the grandeur of the other two locations? No, it does not. Regardless, here’s a map, guide and location for where to dance at the Timber Tent for the Trick Shot challenges in Fortnite: Battle Royale.

The Timber Tent looks sort of like the little peak you make to start a fire: it’s a couple of logs arranged in a pyramid with a chest in the middle. It’s located Northeast of Holly Hedges. Here’s where you’re dropping:

You’ll find the Timber Tent in a gentle clearing, with some logs around the outside that look like they might serve as benches. That’s my best guess as to what this thing is: one massive bonfire, where we can all dance as wildly as possible to fulfill our challenges and perhaps summon old gods. Not much kindling to work with down there, however. Just land on down and dance anywhere to finish the challenge.

And that’s your final dancing challenge for the week: all in all it’s a pleasing little romp that covers some reasonable ground over the map, from the relative centrality of Hay Man and Timber Man to the far-flung Pipe Man. We’re still left to wonder what exactly is happening with the plot of the season, whoever, of which we should hopefully be finding more about soon. It’s been a quiet time here in Chapter 2 after the explosive opening, but Epic seems intent to slow down the furious pace of development that seemed to be straining its employees over the course of Chapter 1.
