'Fortnite' Joker Gas Canister & Bat Signal Locations Gotham Challenge Guide

Fortnite Welcome to Gotham City Challenges are officially live, and that means players are on the hunt for Bat Signals and Joker Gas Canisters. In this guide, we'll reveal all the key locations you should know to unlock those free Batman Day cosmetics.

Defuse Joker Gas Canisters Found in Different Named Locations

For this challenge players must find at least three Joker Gas Canisters scattered around the Battle Royale map. For reference, the Joker Gas Canisters look like this. To defuse them, simply approach them and press the button to defuse. The challenge offers the clue that these canisters are centralized around named locations, but we'll tell you exactly where you need to go.

1) A Joker Gas Canister location at Retail Row

2) A Joker Gas Canister location at Loot Lake

3) A Joker Gas Canister location in Pleasant Park

Those are three exact locations, but there are three more canisters located in the center of Pressure Plant, Gotham City and Fatal Fields as well. That's all you need to know to defuse Joker Gas Canisters in Fortnite.

Light Up Different Bat Signals Outside Gotham City

For this challenge players need to find and illuminate at least three different Bat Signals close to the new Gotham City point of interest. There may be more than the ones we've listed below, but here's what we know so far.

1) Right above the Moisty Palms text near the big tree.

2) To the right of this house in Pleasant Park

3) A Bat Signal in Junk Junction

Deal damage to opponents within 30 seconds of using a Batman Grapnel Gun (one)

Light a Bat Signal, use a Batman Grapnel Gun and deal any damage with an Explosive Batarang (one)

For making use of the new Batarang and Batman Grapnel Gun, players will be able to unlock a themed Catwing Glider, Spray and Banner.
